The art meets science – Foundation Herbert W. Franke was established in 2022. It honors the life’s work of the visionary Herbert W. Franke and promotes connections between art and science with publications, events and exhibitions. An important task is also the open access cataloging of Franke’s art works in cooperation with the ZKM | Center for Arts and Science Karlsruhe, the location of the extensive Herbert W. Franke work archive.
