Bean 2 Work CIC

Bean 2 Work CIC is a social enterprise using coffee to create opportunities, build confidence and support people into employment. We deliver barista and employability training for those facing barriers to work, developing hospitality, communication and customer service skills. Through mobile coffee carts, we bring training directly into communities across the UK. We also sell our own coffee blends, with all profits reinvested into the CIC to grow and enhance our social impact programmes.
