Breer is a food up-cycling start-up that is focused on the mission of saving the world & reducing and eliminating food wastage by collecting surplus bread to brew premium quality local craft beer. Breer introduces a novel taste of craft beer into the Asian market while remonetizing otherwise wasted resources. Breer aims to serve the ask of SDG#12 & SDG#13 by promoting sustainable drinking. To date, we have brewed over 12,000L of beer, saved over 16,000 kilograms of bread and launched 4 variants.
