Cat Angel Refuge is a registered Non Profit in Zeerust, South Africa, one of the poorest towns in South Africa. we cover over 7000km2, we are an open admission animal shelter with an inspectorate division, with magisterial authorisation to enforce the Animal Protection Act no 71 of 1962. We are the only animal welfare / shelter for the whole Ramotshere Moiloa Area of South Africa.
