Château de Tracy

Château de Tracy is one of the oldest winery in Pouilly-Fumé in France : the same family produces wine since the 15th century and the vineyard is cultivated since 1396. Located in one of the most continental part of the Loire river, Pouilly-Fumé "Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée" shows incredible conditions for the vine helping to reveal a maximum of purity of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This beautiful region, is as well known since the middle age for giving some of the most qualitative soil in France (terroir of flint, Kimmeridgian limestone) that are extremely well adapted for the production of one of the purest Sauvignon white wines. Our vineyard is grown as naturally as possible in order to reveal a maximum of identity. Our production is limited (handcrafted wines), vines are grown with an important attention that promotes a maximum of manual work : picking by hand, grain sorting on table, vinification are managed with a minimum of intervention (for more faithful wines at the tasting). We love to produce wines that show a real continental style with purity, mineral and very accurate textures. Wines are served in one the best table in more than 50 countries all around the world.
