LJ and Lisa began cooking up the idea of a food truck in 2016, and finally were able to realize that dream in late 2022. With a little creative ingenuity, and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, the Chicken Strippers truck was born! Wanting to serve simple comfort food, LJ decided on the classic southern fried chicken, pairing it with homemade dipping sauces.
