We are a traditional butcher in upperaustria, our history started in 1892. As time passes by we continually improve our products: since 2018 we are really grateful to serve all our homemade products free of flavour enhancer. All our meet except chicken is from upperaustrian farmers. Chicken is from carinthia, so all of our meat is 100% austrian.
