Gary Graham's Snack Shack

We started Gary Graham’s Snack Shack with the goal of bringing high quality, delicious food to every event we attend.

The name of the food trailer is named after my grandfather who has worked at the Utah State Fair for over 70 years. He is the longest lasing employee the fair has had, he passed away last year just before fair season stated. This trailer is going to be at the Utah State Fair every year in his memory.
