We are Bec & Craig, the husband and wife duo behind multi award-winning Ginny Pig Distillery.
Two former nurses who swapped scrubs for stills! Today, instead of bandages, we obsess over botanicals! Where did our distilling story begin? As a fanciful dream to infuse the iconic spicy notes of a hot cross bun into Bec’s favourite beverage – gin. So in between shiftwork & (very little) sleep – all from the ‘cosy comfort’ of our suburban garage – we embarked on a self-taught journey to do just that!
