Happy Hills Animal Foundation, Inc. was established in 1982. By 1989 the rescue work had grown so much that HHAF was incorporated as a non-profit organization. It was seen firsthand the need for another option for the homeless animals of the area. Happy Hills Animal Foundation, Inc. is a fully registered 501(c)3 nonprofit established in 1982. We hold a full NC Animal Shelter license operating under a strict no-kill philosophy.
