Kinetic Pilates

Kinetic Pilates was established in 2009, in London as a centre for excellence in Classical Pilates. We have a warm and friendly environment while teaching strong, dynamic classical Pilates.
During Covid, we established online classes with the studio’s core teaching team and with Guest Master Teachers from around the globe. Classes were designed to keep everyone moving together and staying connected even during lockdown. We had 1000’s of people from over 30 countries join us. A huge success!
