LLH – Cycles Wellness, was born from my own health crisis. I experienced severe perimenopause, diabetes, and adrenal depletion—and felt lost in a system that didn’t have answers. Through rebuilding my health, I discovered the deep connection between hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle. My mission is to help women navigate perimenopause to post-menopause with clarity, restore balance, and feel strong, informed, and at home in their bodies again.
