Zena is an x chef and has now been teaching for over 15 years. She opened her cookery school nearly 10 years ago, specialising in Asian. But has offered all sorts of courses through the years from bespoke courses for one to corporate workshop days.
She says “it’s fun and informal, it’s about a casual course making things easy but achievable so people can emulate at home and always about taste”
