Matt Gregory Wines

Every bottle starts in the Leicestershire vineyard. The wines are all necessarily limited releases you won't find everywhere. They are hand crafted with minimal intervention using wild yeasts and are never fined or filtered. Matt makes English wines based on Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Bacchus that he grows in the Leicestershire Wolds. The emphasis is on careful grape handling, extended infusion macerations, and trying to do as little as possible
