Ebba-Maria Olson at organic Mossagården is an environmentally committed entrepreneur with a strong focus on climate-positive hemp development. The Mossagården team has produced a fermented hemp cheese based on own grown hemp in Skåne and also other low processed hemp foods such as hemp oil and ice cream. Mossagården’s idea is to create a healing and learning organic food store and rural arena with the aim of reconnecting people to nature and the origin of food also using culture for wellness.
