The newest retail drink theme is or will be the tabletop coffee bean roasting cafe. Customers roast their own green beans sold by the HoReCa establishment. This means lower COGS for green beans, a shift to customer contribution during coffee preparation, profits from bean sales, and fees for using the Shish Roaster Station. Now customers can enjoy a new theme and hobby while owners can leverage new revenue sources.
