New Life Classes empower expectant parents with the knowledge, tools and support to approach birth and parenting with confidence.

Our multi-award-winning antenatal classes are taught by midwives in person and online. They are practical, evidence-based and a great place to start preparing for the transition to parenthood.

We have trained health professionals from 24 maternity units in 7 countries to teach a tailored version of our award-winning antenatal programme in their local area.
