Nick Vina Artisan Bakery established in 2011 by Master baker Chef Nick Chua, who was trained in Germany Hanover with a philosophy “Simple bake perfect” that focus on Healthy whole grains with natural sourdough baking without using commercial yeast. Nick Vina was the first bakery in Singapore awarded “Singapore Healthier Bakery in 2019” by Singapore Health Promotion Board and have received many awards such as “Best Takeaway Food 2019 & 2020″ ” Best Sourdough in Singapore”, etc.
