Situated in picturesque rural Norfolk, between Norwich and the North Norfolk coast, our award-winning Grade II listed barn conversions are light, spacious and contemporary in style.

Hall Barn (sleeps 9) and Quaker Barn (sleeps 8) feature large open plan living and dining areas, ground floor and first floor bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchens, plus south-facing gardens with countryside views.

Hall Barn and Quaker Barn can be rented separately or together to sleep up to 17 guests.
