With children, my days seemed filled with packed lunches and cling film… I hate cling film - the plastic waste and impossible to cut!
Back to the drawing board and time to come up with a solution.
The outside of the Wrapper is polycotton and liner is a Low Density Polyethylene which conforms to EU regulations. It seals with a velcro strap, so, fits sandwiches, wraps, rolls, toddler finger food, or even cheese. Opened it become a place mat so ideal if you are out.
As an Eco product I wanted them ‘Made in Scotland’ I contacted Kilmarnock Prison on the off chance they could make them for me and BINGO!
The inmates learn a skill, gain qualifications and get paid for working.
