Restaurant Carl Nielsen is named after the Danish composer of the same name, who lived in the building in 1906. Our small cozy Copenhagen restaurant certainly exudes history.
Our open sandwiches are homemade with quality and love in mind with the ambition of being among the very best lunch restaurants in Copenhagen.

Our signatur dish is “Solen er så rød mor” a tatar with an egg yolk colored with beetroot juice. A very beautiful and tasteful dish.
