TERRY STEVENS MD of the international tourism consultancy, Stevens & Associates, has worked tourism projects in 55 countries working for international development agencies, national and regional tourist boards plus private sector businesses. In 2019 and 2020 LUX magazine awarded him the Resorts & Retreats Destination Development Expert of the Year. During COVID19 he has supported the tourism industry with free advice driving ideas re-grow tourism ; collaborating with experts to publish Tourism Facing a Pandemic: From Crisis to Recovery; plus his own books: Wish You Were Here: stories behind 50 of the world’s great destinations and The art and science of destination management.
