We are a Hampshire based online retailed who is an approved distributor for the well known Australian Brand Zilco. We supply 2 areas of the Equestrian industry, Carriage Driving & Endurance Riding both niche in their own right within the Equestrian sector. The business also supply a complete range of products for both disciplines, utilising a fully functioning website where products can be bought from. I have owned the business since 2012, we have fully revamped the website to enable a better customer experience from buying our products, added a Blog (which is updated on a regular basis) and social media activity has become an important feature of the business with many new customers making contact via this facility. The online shop is open 7 days a week to maximise the opportunity for cusomers to make contact. My background is from marketing & customer service, something that I brought from the HE sector where I taught the topics for over 10 years, in my mind ‘customer service is the most important part to the success of my business’.
