Nestled in the beautiful property Sa Creu Nova Petit Palais Art & Spa, Tess de Mar offers Mediterranean cuisine, Mallorcan cuisine, creative cuisine and most of all, produce, that is the essence that our Chefs emit. Fish from the market, lamb From Mallorca, aged beef, vegetables from our own allotment, herbs and spices and most of all a work with love and care, of haute cuisine. The aromas and textures accompany the authentic flavour of the final product, with a cellar that harmonizes our dishes and that varies according to our menu, with Mallorcan wines as the protagonists.
