The Conscious Kitchen

The Conscious Kitchen has continued to grow in both strength and footprint, opening a second branch in De Waterkant in November last year and launching Conscious Matcha. Founded by Dana Korstenbroek, TCK’s success comes from sustainability that is built into the operation, not tacked onto the marketing, seen in everything from sourcing and waste choices to packaging, plating and daily discipline. It’s welcoming, not exclusive, and powered by intentional hiring and hands-on staff development.
