Born in Cuba, as a baby went to Miami, raised there, now in Toronto, Canada sharing our authentic Cuban cuisine with Miami bold tastes and flavors style. Cuban favorites and more our almost world famous cilantro island mojo sauce. We are a mobile food truck that also caters at Corporate, film, TV sets, festivals and private party events. Private chef services for smaller parties. With a double career as a cinematographer and chef, sharing of travels and cuisine is a blessing.
