The Fearless Supply Co. was founded in March 2022 by Synia Slater, inspired by her passion for beauty and entrepreneurship. During the pandemic, she struggled with ineffective hair oils and partnered with licensed cosmetologists to create an all-natural hair growth oil. She later expanded the line with a nourishing edge control and worked with a lab to perfect both formulas.
