I created The Fertility Psychologist because I’ve seen how fertility challenges can fracture your sense of self. Up to 90% of people on a fertility journey struggle with stress and overwhelm. Yet not everyone can access therapy on the NHS or privately. My spaces are where you come, not just for support and information (although you will get loads of that), but for evidence based psychological interventions to improve your well-being.
