The Ranch

Set on a historic working ranch 3 miles above the Pacific Ocean, The Ranch Malibu spans 200 acres in the Santa Monica Mountains and provides the perfect setting to calm the mind, return to nature and focus on health and wellness goals. Through an intense, no-options fitness and wellness regimen paired with a highly structured plant-based nutritional diet, specialized programs are limited to 19 guests each week and designed to deliver immediate and lasting results. Each day includes 8 hours of exercise featuring daily hikes, core and ab workouts, body toning/sculpting, restorative yoga, nap time and deep tissue massage.
