Karen is a plant-based nutritionist, health coach, recipe developer and author of two books. She runs a virtual clinic twice a week supporting people to improve their health with whole plant foods, specialising in autoimmune disease. Part of Plant-Based Health Professionals UK, Karen is a speaker and part of PBHP’s Cooking for the Climate program for medical students.
