thethinkwise is a boutique hotel consultancy in Thailand, working exclusively with independent hotels and resorts of up to 120 keys, from concept and pre-opening to operations and revenue management. Through its Embedded Operator Model, the practice takes on real operational roles inside client properties, working alongside on-site teams and staying until systems run on their own. Founded in 2005 by Amornpan Somsawasdi, author of “Boutique Hotel – How to” (Amarin Press, 2009).
