I’m Helen and I run Nurtured Natal which offers hypnobirthing classes across West Sussex and Surrey.
I’m also a mindful magic mentor and horse groom! Bit of a mixture.
Birth shouldn’t be something we endure or fear, its an amazing thing we do, growing a human, and bringing them into the world.
I offer pregnancy relaxation classes, full Hypnobirthing course and 121’s.
