Tickles' Pickles make - naturally fermented, bio-live, vegetable pickles from around the world - by hand, in our London premises. Vegetables are the stars of the show at Tickles' Pickles. We add herbs, spices and a little sea salt ... nothing else. The magic ingredient is naturally present Lactic Acid Bacteria, these friendly microbes are what give our pickles their distinctive zing.
