Tim Raue

With its Asian-inspired cuisine, Restaurant Tim Raue has thrived since opening in September 2010: two Michelin stars and 58th place on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Since 2023 it also offers a Berlin menu honoring Raue’s hometown. The “Kolibri x Berlin” menu reinterprets German classics through Raue’s signature flavors of sweetness, acidity and spiciness. Guests can also choose the Asian-inspired KOI menu or a seven-course vegan menu.
