Dating from 1811, the Townhouse contains nine elegantly appointed rooms for guests to withdraw and relax. Run and operated by Chef Brian Wawryk and front house manager Daniela Hasse, an innovative and provocative cuisine consists of ingredients grown and produced, caught, hunted and foraged within the Markgräflerland region.
