Trotter’s Independent Condiments Ltd. is a Fife based company manufacturing unusual, delicious and seasonal condiments including Mojito marmalade, Crab Apple Jelly, Wild Garlic Pesto and Hot pepper Jelly. We have been running for 10 years now, and the demand for our condiments has spread out with the local Fife area to all over Britain from the Shetland Islands down to Somerset including the House of Bruar and Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Fairmont Hotels and Balmoral Hotel.
