Running a tearoom isn’t just about baking scones and brewing the perfect pot of Earl Grey; it’s about creating a welcoming space for our community. This award is a testament to my incredible team—both front-of-house and in the kitchen—who work tirelessly every day. I also want to dedicate this to our wonderful customers who walk through our doors, and make our tearoom what it is.
