Our kitchen is farm led. We grow fruit, vegetables, leaves and nuts chosen to improve the soils, and deliver them to the kitchen when ripe.

Chefs enhance and enrich produce gifted to us by Mother Nature.

We choose seafood for the value waste will deliver to composts.

We source free range poultry and grass fed animals.

Our regenerate package includes accommodation at Penobscot Farm cottage and breakfast at the Watervale General Store.
