450 wines across Europe, with “little outliers” to overseas are on the shelves of Weinzentrale to be tried, drunk, given away or wrapped for the home cellar. A special honor for the team is the cooperation with the VDP, whereby many bottles have already been emptied in the ADLER-ECKE. Special vinophile highlights await guests almost every day. Small dishes are also served up to 40 open wines.
