The Bristow family has a real passion for all things Isle of Wight, with roots going back 200 years on the island, and an enduring enthusiasm for high quality, craft beer. Leveraging sustainable methods, Wight Knuckle uses local ingredients to create high quality English pale ale and IPAs, aiming to disrupt and change the perception of Island beers.
