Founded in Bristol in 2017 by game enthusiasts Michael Cannon and Steven Frampton, Wild and Game aims to put game more fully on the British menu. The company has developed a growing range of products including pies, pasties, sausage rolls, ready meals, sausages and burgers. The focus is on popular meals such as curry, chilli and steak and ale pie – but reimagined with game as a key ingredient. The aim is to introduce people to game through dishes they already know and love – and to inspire them to cook their own dishes. With this in mind, the company also sells a broad range of premium ready-to-cook British game.
