My name is Clare Hunt and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, KG hypnobirthing teacher and a certified Traumatic Birth Recovery Practitioner based in Hemel Hempstead.

I specialise in supporting women and couples during pregnancy, the post natal period and beyond. I run group and private Hypnobirthing, mindful breastfeeding courses, Hypnomothering and parenting worskhops (coming soon).
