Following the firm’s well-deserved success in the Resorts and Retreats Awards 2020, we caught up with Stephan Mayer-Klenk to find out more. However, as Stephan goes on to explain the support is always there to make new team members feel at home. “Since our employees are held in high esteem, almost all team members have been with the company for a long period of time. New colleagues however are carefully trained and always have a contact person to support them.” Despite the outbreak of COVID-19 this year, the firm has prospered with many clients demanding a spa or wellness facility as Stephan points out. “With the increasing pressure and stress in most people’s everyday lives, many people are longing for a rest and time out which a spa or wellness facility can provide. Currently, we are seeing a strong interest in hydrothermal applications and once the pandemic is over, we expect the entire market to pick up significantly.” Finally, Stephan comments on some of the firm’s future plans as we look ahead to 2021 and beyond. “Currently, we are using our time to push ahead with the modernisation of our fragrance dosing pumps.
