Located at La Monumental, the circuit’s most iconic corner, La Azotea has been designed by MATCH Hospitality, the Exclusive Official Hospitality Provider for the MADRING circuit, as a distinctive four-storey venue featuring a restaurant, panoramic terrace, lounge areas, privileged track views and a Saturday afternoon after-party.
Beyond its exceptional hospitality offering, the experience brings together nine renowned chefs and restaurants in one unique setting, celebrating the talent, creativity and diversity that have established Madrid as one of Europe’s leading gastronomic destinations.
Guests will enjoy dishes created by Hugo Muñoz, chef of Ugo Chan, renowned for his innovative Japanese-Spanish cuisine; Mario Sandoval of Coque, one of the leading figures in contemporary Spanish fine dining; Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo of CEBO, whose ingredient-led cuisine has earned a Michelin star; Javier Bonet, founder of Sala de Despiece, one of Madrid’s most original dining concepts; Roberto Ruiz, pioneer of contemporary Mexican fine dining in Europe and founder of Barracuda MX; and Gianni Pinto, chef at Noi, celebrated for his contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine.
Joining the line-up from Ronda is Benito Gómez, chef of Bardal, bringing one of Andalusia’s most acclaimed fine dining restaurants to the experience.
The culinary journey will conclude with desserts by Jordi Roca, founder of Rocambolesc and one of the world’s most influential pastry chefs, alongside Oriol Balaguer, internationally recognised for his expertise in chocolate and contemporary patisserie.
The Signature Dishes from Madrid’s Most Coveted Restaurants
Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy an extensive selection of dishes served across multiple food stations, featuring fine dining, ingredient-led cuisine, international flavours, vegetarian options and artisan pastries.
Each chef will present a selection of the signature dishes that have made their restaurants some of the most sought-after dining destinations, adapted into tasting portions so guests can experience some of Madrid’s finest tables in a single culinary journey.
Gastronomy as Part of the Spectacle
With this exceptional line-up, La Azotea establishes itself as the place to be for those looking to experience the excitement of the race in a vibrant atmosphere while discovering some of Madrid’s most celebrated restaurants.
