Working in sales for a large home improvement company, a role he would hold for several years, John mastered service and convenience. After selling his projects, John began work with the installation team, being taught a valuable education by skilled tradesmen on how to deliver high-quality products and installations. This knowledge would serve him well when he decided to start his own construction company in 2017, an endeavour that saw John seek to bring a world-class experience to every customer. The project posed a challenge as a result of this difference of four foot, not to mention that the existing home was set just a few metres away from a sharp drop-off at the rear of the property. The project’s architect joked that John would be in Mexico by the time the lawsuit hit, as the home would have slid down to the bottom of the hill. Thankfully, this was not the case, as John and his team were able to design and install a grade beam wall that supported the existing basement and the home, before using a crane and agile carpenters to set the trusses for the covered deck that was also a key part of the addition.
