Zoe Burke, leading wedding expert and editor of Hitched.co.uk says: “You think of a vineyard wedding and you probably think of the hot French or Italian countryside, and the additional costs and hassle of having your guests travel overseas…
“However, this no longer has to be the case. The UK is home to some incredible vineyards and you can have a wedding celebration with all the rustic romance of the Champagne region, without having to leave the UK.
“Not only does a vineyard wedding result in beautiful scenery and amazing photographs, you’ll also be completely spoilt for choice when it comes to serving wine to your guests, and with English wine really having a moment right now, there’s never been a better time to consider it.”
